AI SDR tools compared

Tadas Jurelevicius, Co-founder & CEO, b2n.ai ·

AI SDR tools differ less in what the AI can do than in who sets it up and runs it. There are three types: AI SDR software your team configures and runs, data and sales platforms your team builds on, and agents set up and run with your team. This guide explains each, what to check before you choose, and what the main tools say about themselves.

From each product's own website, read on 26 October 2026. Products change often. If something here is out of date, tell us at contact@b2n.ai.

Quick answers

  • What is an AI SDR? Software that does the prospecting work of a sales development rep: finding and researching accounts, writing first messages, following up and sorting replies. Some also book meetings.
  • Do AI SDRs replace SDRs? They take over research and outreach. Someone still has to decide who to target and what to say, check the results, and take the conversations.
  • Which AI SDR tools work in Arabic and other languages? 11x states 105+ languages, Artisan 40+ and AiSDR "any written language"; none of their sites names Arabic specifically. b2n.ai writes in any written language, including Arabic, English, Italian and Spanish, with a separate setup per market.
  • How much do AI SDR tools cost? Vendors charge in different ways: per lead, per person prospected, per user, or in credits. Check each vendor's own website, since this changes often. b2n.ai shares costs on a call.

What to check before you choose

  1. Who sets it up, and who runs it every day?
  2. Channels: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone, SMS.
  3. Languages and markets: if you sell in the Gulf, check Arabic and the rules in each market (see our UAE and Saudi guides).
  4. Data: a built-in contact database, or research against your own target profile.
  5. Certifications your buyers' security teams require.
  6. How results are measured, and who answers for them.
