How we work
Understand. Deploy. Own the result.
Most sales tools hand you software and a to-do list. We start with your sales, put the right agents to work, and stay accountable for the result.
01 · Understand
First, we learn how you sell.
- Your best customers, and what they had in common before they bought
- Where your new business comes from today, and who chooses the accounts
- How long your reps spend before the first message
- What a company does just before it is ready to buy from you
- Who signs, who influences, and who blocks
- Which companies we must never contact
We play back what we heard, in your words, and you rank the problems. We work on the ones that matter most to you.
02 · Deploy
Then we put the right agents to work.
Who to target
We write your ideal-customer profile with you, and agents find and score the accounts that fit. You review the first accounts before anything goes out.
What to say
Messages are written in your senders' voice, from each account's situation. You approve the first messages, then the agents run within the rules you set.
How it is sent
Email from pre-warmed mailboxes on separate sending domains, never your main domain, so sending starts straight away. LinkedIn runs from your rep's own account, within safe daily limits. WhatsApp too, and a call script for every call your reps make.
What happens to replies
Replies are sorted by intent. When a buyer is interested, the agents book the meeting into your rep's calendar.
Where your team works
In Claude or ChatGPT, or in the b2n.ai app.
03 · Own the result
We answer for the result.
One measure
Agreed before we start and written into the pilot. For outbound, that's qualified meetings, or reply and meeting rates.
A clear definition
We agree in writing what counts as a qualified meeting: the right company, the right person, a real conversation, a relevant need. Your rep can reject one that doesn't qualify.
Reported every week
Sent, replied, booked, held and qualified. Visible in Claude, ChatGPT or the b2n.ai app, and reviewed with your team every week.
A named owner
One named person on our side owns the engagement, from setup to the final result.
We fix what isn't working
If meetings don't qualify, we change the targeting and the messages.
A written result
At the end of the pilot you get a written result against the measure, and our recommendation: scale it, change it or stop.
How a pilot works
Replies in week 1. Meetings from week 2.
We start fast and measure from the first send. Pilots run for 90 days, long enough to see what the agents do across your sales cycle.
Week 0
Agree and set up
We agree one segment, the measure, and what counts as a qualified meeting. Two working sessions: who to target (90 minutes) and what to say (60 minutes). You review the first accounts and messages.
Week 1
First sends, first replies
Sending starts from mailboxes that are already warmed up, at up to 50 emails per mailbox per day. First replies come in, and we check in daily.
Week 2
First meetings
Interested replies are handed to your rep and the first meetings land in the calendar.
Weeks 3–12
Run, learn, widen
A weekly review with your reps and a fortnightly session with your sales lead. Every reply and meeting sharpens who we target and what we say.
Day 90
Result
A written result against the measure, and a clear recommendation: scale it, change it or stop.
What we need from you
More at the start, then light steering.
Most of your time goes into the first week, when we agree who to target and what to say. After that, your team steers and takes the meetings.
- A list of companies we must never contact: clients, partners, open deals
- Sender names, signatures and a booking link
- Your best proof points, or the claims we are allowed to make
- Feedback on the first accounts and messages
- Someone at the weekly review
- A quick yes or no on each meeting
After the pilot
If it works, we widen it.
More segments
One segment becomes several.
More reps
New hires start with accounts already researched and messages ready.
More of your sales
We add agents where your team still loses time.
We keep everything your team has taught the agents, such as the accounts you approved and rejected and the edits you made to messages, and use it to target and write better.
Questions
What teams ask us.
Is this a tool we have to run?
No. We set it up and run it with you. Your team reviews, steers and takes the meetings.
Will the messages sound like AI?
Each message is written from that account's situation, in your sender's voice, and you approve the first ones before anything is sent.
Will you send from our domain?
No. We send from separate domains that point to your website, so your main domain is never at risk.
Will LinkedIn block our reps?
LinkedIn steps run from your rep's own account, within safe daily limits.
Do we need new software?
No. Your reps use b2n.ai in Claude or ChatGPT, or in the b2n.ai app.
How much of our time does it take?
More at the start, while we agree who to target and what to say. After that, light steering: a weekly review and a quick yes or no on each meeting.
How soon will we see results?
Replies in the first week of sending, meetings from week 2. Sending starts as soon as we have agreed who to target and what to say.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
You get a written result against the measure at day 90, and a clear recommendation: scale it, change it or stop.
Is cold outreach allowed where we sell?
We only contact people in their professional role, at their work address, about something relevant to that role. Every email says who it's from and has an unsubscribe link, and an opt-out stops your outreach to that person at once. Rules differ by country, and some markets are stricter on marketing email. Before our agents work in a market, we agree with you how outreach runs there. You're the sender, and decide with your own legal advice.
Can we see it working first?
Yes. On the first call, bring one account you want to win and we'll show you what the agents would do with it.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell to. We'll show you how agents would work in your team.
