Your domain and email reputation
Separate sending domains
Outreach goes from separate sending domains that point to your website, never from your main domain. If something goes wrong, your company's email isn't affected.
Set up properly
Every sending domain is set up with the standard email authentication records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC).
Warmed up first
New mailboxes warm up for two to three weeks before they send at full volume, which is up to 50 emails per mailbox per day.
Your exclusions first
Your clients, partners and open deals are excluded before the first message goes out.
Opt-outs respected
When someone asks not to be contacted, their sequence stops.
Clear from the first email
Every email says who it's from and has an unsubscribe link. The unsubscribe page explains where the contact details came from and links to our privacy policy. Before our agents work in a market, we agree with you how outreach runs there; you are the sender and decide with your own legal advice. An opt-out stops that client's outreach to you at once.
Your LinkedIn account
Your own browser
LinkedIn steps run through the b2n.ai Assistant in your own browser, with your own LinkedIn session.
No passwords
The extension never reads your LinkedIn password or cookies.
Only approved steps
It only does what was approved in b2n.ai: by you, or by AutoPilot if your workspace switches it on. Every AutoPilot step waits 10 minutes, so you can cancel it.
Safe limits
Activity stays within safe daily limits.
Replies, with your consent
Reply text is only brought into b2n.ai after you agree to it, only from b2n.ai's first message onward, and never attachments.
Certifications
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification is in progress. Single sign-on isn't available today. Send us your security questionnaire and we'll answer every question.
